Harbor of Hearts

Silver Lake is the name of the harbor on Ocracoke Island, North Carolina. The Outer Banks have fascinated and inspired many of my paintings for several decades.

This is an archival print of an original mixed media, combining gouache (opaque water color) painting and pieces of cut paper.  I am delighted with the 3-D effects of the cut paper hearts, as they have started to curl. The colors will remain vibrant for 100 years.

Signed framed prints are available in two sizes:  8” x 10”, and 16” x 20.” Signed unframed prints are also available.
